Proposition 19 – The Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010 The Chamber recommends a NO vote on Proposition 19.
Proposition 20 – Redistricting of Congressional Districts The Chamber recommends a YES vote on Proposition 20.
Proposition 21 – Vehicle License Surcharge to Fund State Parks and Wildlife Programs and Grants The Chamber recommends a NO vote on Proposition 21.
Proposition 22 – Local Taxpayer, Pubic Safety and Transportation Protection Act The Chamber recommends a YES vote on Proposition 22.
Proposition 23 – Suspends AB 32 Until Unemployment Drops to 5.5% or Less The Chamber recommends a YES vote on Proposition 23.
Proposition 24 – Repeals Legislation That Would Allow Businesses to Carry Back Losses, Share Tax Credits, and Use a Sales-Based Income Calculation to Lower Taxable Income The Chamber recommends a NO vote on Proposition 24.
Proposition 25 – Changes Legislative Voter Requirement to pass a Budget from Two-Thirds to a Simple Majority The Chamber recommends a NO vote on Proposition 25.
Proposition 26 – Increases Legislative Voter Requirement to Two-Thirds for State Levies and Charges, and Imposes Additional Requirement for Voters to Approve Local Levies and Charges with Limited Exceptions The Chamber recommends a YES vote on Proposition 26.
Proposition 27 – Eliminates State Commission on Redistricting The Chamber recommends a NO vote on Proposition 27. |
