Presented by the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Raymond’s Trophy & Awards, the event was held at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center. Joining Mayor Harvey L.Hall were City Manager Alan Tandy and Administrative Analyst Steven Teglia.
