April 19 Patrick Lencioni Workshop

Conquer team dysfunction, build trust, and emerge stronger than ever as the economy turns around.
April 19 corporate training workshop features acclaimed author and speaker Patrick Lencioni.

“Striving to create a functional, cohesive team is one of the few remaining competitive advantages available to any organization looking for a powerful point of differentiation,” says Patrick Lencioni.

Based on his runaway best-sellers, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and the Three Signs of a Miserable Job, Lencioni will offer practical advice on Creating a Culture of Teamwork and Employee Engagement on Monday, April 19, 9-11 a.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel.

Presented by the Chamber and sponsored by San Joaquin Community Hospital, the morning session offers business leaders, owners, managers, supervisors and staff an opportunity to learn how to identify and address dysfunctions and improve your team.

Cost is $75 per person. Book sales and signing will follow the workshop from 11 a.m.-12 noon. Register online, e-mail info@bakersfieldchamber.org or call 661-327-4421

The author of nine best-sellers that have sold over three million copies, Lencioni was born in Bakersfield, is a Garces High graduate and Hall of Famer, and founder and president of The Table Group, Inc. A featured guest on the Today Show, NBC, CNBC, Fox News and ESPN, he has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal, INC. Magazine, USA Today and Harvard Business Review.
